The duration of the event has been lenghtened to 15 days as per the year 2018 but this does NOT mean that teams must attend for the whole period. Balloon teams are welcome to attend for as many days as they wish, remembering that this is also a holiday for pilots and crew enjoying a relaxed atmosphere and not a strict competition event.

Magic atmosfere from the house (02 August 2020)
You wake up and you see the baloons coming from the hills and flying in the sky in front of you and over the house and the pool...What a marvellous dream. Unforgettable sensation and beautiful scene!
Trying to Visit Again (03 March 2019)
My wife and I attended in 1992 as first timer crew for two balloonists from England, Mike and Claire. Also was our tenth wedding anniversary trip. A great time and fun to meet so many passionate people. Well run and nice town. Looking forward to trying to visit the festival again. Thanks for organizing the festival.
WONDERFUL FLYING AREA IN ITALY (18 July 2016)
2015 was my first visit to an Italian balloon meet. I had known Ralph for many years and been invited many times to his Todi meets. Work and family commitments prevented me from coming until recently. Can't wait to get back to see old friends and new and enjoy the relaxed Italian style of flying in such a beautiful area. As I type this, we are 2 days away from setting out on our adventure with the J Bennett & Son balloon, G-CIJB.
Night glow in front of the Colloseum (30 October 2015)
Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt ;-) We participated the first time about 20 years ago at the Todi Meeting and one of the many high lights was definitly the night glow in Rome in front of the Colloseum! Because of my commercial ballooning the last few years I had to do fly passengers rather then enjoy myself in Italy. That's why we misst the very relaxed meeting that Ralph is organising. Hope to be able to attend in 2016.
