This is the third Lubao hot air balloon festival in Papanga, Philippines.

The festival is the biggest annual hot air balloon festival in Southeast Asia. Forty (40) hot air balloons from Germany, Malaysia, Europe and USA will be showcased at this year’s LIBF; twelve (12) of which are special shaped balloons like Darth Vader, Yoda, Obelix, Frog and Humpty Dumpty which will make the event a larger one.

The event is organized by Pilipinas International Balloon Festival, Inc. (PIBF) in cooperation with the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga (ACTO) and with support from Provincial Government of Pampanga.

Waste of time and money (14 April 2016)

First day, given that its 1st day but many people want to ride the hot air balloon but the ride is not availble? People went here early in the morning to catch the balloon. The next ride is 6pm? Are the organizer insane? I just waste my 2 ticket here (560 php)
