This is an invitation for the Arctic Balloon Adventure 2016.

Dear Pilot & Team,
The Arctic Balloon Adventure meeting will be held from 18 until 29 of February, 2016 in Gällivare, Swedish Lapland. We will plan flights from 19 until 29 of February, one flight per day around noon.

The main briefing will be the 18 of February at 21:00 and the next briefings, every day after breakfast. Teams who like to stay longer can get permission for maximum 4 days.

We will stay all together in the Quality Hotel & Resort Lapland also for breakfast and dinner. The costs for your stay are 695 SEK/day per person.

• Briefings & flight advice
• Propane. nitro & maps
• Passenger service
• Snow & ice rescue service

If the situations are okay, we will organise a night show for one evening. Teams can refuel before or after the flight. Maximum balloon size 6.000 m3. All teams have to take one passenger for free.

If we can’t fly we try to organise excursions (snowmobile, reindeer, husky’s and nature parks). Around and on the mountain Dundret are several ski facilities, for both cross country and downhill skiing.
