Located in Australia, no less and hire wanna be boozer and looser pilots who flake out on them and they have no backup for them leaving you high and dry. They offer no rebooking, give you bogus phone numbers and then won't get your refund to you. They give some excuse about taking 5 business days. Booked 8 months in advance and drove 9 hours one way for NOTHING! You need to vet your vendors better, plus get more organized, as we couldn't even get into the event because we were stuck in traffic for over 3 1/2 hours. Then we go back for the balloon glow and nothing is said about if the winds are too high they won't do it. We are left sitting at our table with no idea until one of the locals finally fills us in. So in essences we got no ride, saw no balloons and when we tried to get out of the Chaser's Club dinner we paid 45 a piece for because they weren't going to be able to do the event, we were told we don't do refunds. Plus the food was cold and didn't taste good. We understood why all the people were coming in taking a handful of cookies and leaving now. Poorest run event I've seen. And all the apologies and excuses in the world don't make up for it.

2018 First Day, First Time, Hope to be back. (08 October 2018)

We planned this trip a year ago and were not disappointed. The first day and the balloons did lift off. It was a beautiful morning and I thought well organized. There were just a LOT of people and I guess some did not make the shuttles in time. TIP: Get your hotel booked MONTHS in advance and get a rental car if you need one MONTHS in advance. Most of all, get up early and get in line. I am talking be in line at 4:30 or 5 AM to make sure you get there. Worth the early rise. You can nap later. Loved it!

la verdad disfruto todos los años el evento, esta comodo el parque es divertido todo el proceso de preparacion de los globos, solo me ha faltado ver es espectaculo nocturno, nunca he coincido con un buen clima para disfrutarlo. Ya tengo muchas ganas de que sea octubre para volver a visitarlos. saludos desde Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua.
