The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival in partnership with the City of Foley and sponsored by Tanger Outlets. The Chamber was established in 1944. The Chamber's membership includes small businesses, corporations, associations, professionals as well as associate members who believe in the work of the Chamber of Commerce.
