Bad experience, scam. (05 November 2017)
Had a bad experience at balloonapalooza festival in sugar land. Bought balloon rides in advance for the whole family. Rides should start at 6pm, but the windy weather caused it to postpone until 8:45. Tickets where refundable if you don't ride, and since it became very late for my kids and the line was crazy long, I decided to just cancel it and go home. Spoke to the man in charge and showed him that the tickets are refundable and he quickly refreshed the page on my mobile device and the tickets showed non refundable. Luckily, I have screenshots of the ticket before and after the refresh. Turned out that we are not the only family facing the same scam, and a policeman came and advised all the people to either contact their banks or submit a rip off claim.
