REVIEWS OF CONSTELLATION HOT AIR BALLOON FESTIVAL

Entrance (05 November 2017)

I bought 2 $75.00 VIP tickets for Saturday 11/04/17. I had to stand in line and wait my turn behind all who wanted to buy a ticket with cash or credit card. The balloons never left the ground so there were no rides that I knew of. If there were, there were hundreds of tickets sold to ride and only 3 balloons were available. They said conditions were bad. OK why did only 3 balloons show up. I feel like I was conned. Don't waste your money. They knew what they were doing.
