I am the organizer of this event

The International Balloon Festival in León, Guanajuato was founded in 2002. It featured 27 Hot Air Balloons in its first edition.

The FIG keeps a sustained growth of 1,250% since its first edition. In 12 years, the FIG has gathered nearly 2 million spectators ,that keep coming back to this great event every year.

The Leon International Balloon Festival is currently the biggest and most important rally in Latin America, and one of the most renowned around the world.

Very disapointing organisation (19 November 2016)

Naturally I agreed to fly passengers for the organizers - but on one flight I had no official passengers and was NOT allowed to take my wife, who joined me on this event, without paying for an official ticket! I had the choice to puy official tickets for my crew or stay grounded. I think this is a no go and a reason for me to avoid this meeting in future.
