Internationales Ballonmeeting Salzburg

2019 wird die Piste des Salzburger Flughafen saniert. Daher ist es zum ersten Mal möglich, im sonst gesperrten Luftraum um Salzburg Stadt, ein Ballonmeeting zu veranstalten.
Unser Highlight sind die geplanten Fahrten über die Altstadt von Salzburg sowie Fahrten im Umland von Salzburg. Wir arbeiten auch seit nunmehr Juli daran direkt von den Plätzen der Salzburger Altstadt heraus zu starten. Sollte es dazu (hoffentlich bald) eine Entscheidung geben, werdet Ihr natürlich sofort verständigt.
Wir freuen uns schon heute auf viele tolle Ballonstarts mit euch und hoffen, dass wir, wie geplant, zwei Starts täglich machen können. Der erste Start ist für Samstag den 11. Mai geplant (Morgenstart), der letzte Start ist für Freitag den 17. Mai geplant (Abendstart).

The runway of Salzburg Airport will be renovated in 2019. This offers us the unique opportunity in otherwise closed airspace to fly around the city of Salzburg balloon.

Therefore, we organize, together with the “Austrian Aeroclub Landesverband Salzburg” section Ballooning, the 1st Salzburg Balloon Meeting 2019 from 11 to 18 May 2019 and would like to invite you to Salzburg.

Our highlight are the planned trips over the old town of Salzburg as well as rides in the surroundings of Salzburg. Since July, we are working on starting directly from the squares of Salzburg's old town. Should there be (hopefully soon) a decision, you will of course be notified immediately. We look forward to many great balloon launches with you today and hope that we can do two launches daily as planned. The first start is planned for Saturday, May 11 (morning start); the last start is scheduled for Friday, May 17 (evening start).
