24th Hot-Air Balloon Championship of the Czech Republic

Dear Competitors,
We are pleased to invite you to the 24th Czech National Balloon Championship, open for international pilots, which will be held between August 23 – 27, 2022 in Jindřichův Hradec. The competition center is an aeroclub airport in Jindřichův Hradec, located 1 km west of the city. The Southern Bohemian region has a lot to offer: historical sights, green meadows, lakes and plenty of suitable areas for takeoffs and landings. We have invited the director and his team from Belgium again this year. The competition management is an experienced team of people, which guarantees an interesting and attractive competition for you, the pilots, as well as your teams and spectators. The organizer of the championship is Aeronautic Club Brno together with the Czech Balloon Federation, with the support of Aeroclub of Jindřichův Hradec and the Aeroclub of the Czech Republic. We are planning on 8 competition flights from Wednesday till Saturday. Our goal is to set the winner of the international competition as well as the Czech national champion of 2022.
