Please note that we are open to a range of balloons so if you have friends who you think would also be interested to attend, please let us know.
The balloons required for this festival shall carry as many passengers as possible, be of regular shape and preferably unbranded.
The below pack will be applicable which includes all of the exciting benefits to attending:
1. Welcome party.
2. Balloon transport by air cargo. All logistics process and customs clearance will be
taken care by us with a full door-to-door pick-up from your location to the festival
and re-shipping to the original point of pick-up.
3. 2 return flight tickets (pilot and co-pilot/crew chief) per balloon to Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia.
4. Daily breakfast and dinner.
5. Accommodation for pilot and co-pilot/crew chief.

Your part:

✓ Bring all balloon documentation necessary for the festival including valid and original pilot licenses, balloon registration, airworthiness and insurance certificates.
